DAY 1 - Departure, Tallinn walking tour (optional), Brewery tour and beer tasting (optional)

The departure time in your final trip program might vary by +/- 2 hours depending on the transportation provider (ferry/train/bus). Kindly note that public transportation can be used for some parts of your trip.

We meet at the harbour and start our Baltic Adventure!

08:00 Meeting at West Terminal 2, Helsinki (Tyynenmerenkatu 14). Don't be late, the gate closes 30 minutes before ferry departure.

09:00 Ferry departs to Tallinn.

11:15 Arrival in Tallinn and transfer to our hotel.

12:30 *Tallinn walking tour (1,5h) *Optional

Check-in to the hotel after 14:00.

It's a good time to have lunch in the city and taste some local cuisine. Check-in to the hotel after 14:00.

Free time in Tallinn - ask your guide for recommendations on sights and places to visit on your own.

18:00 *Brewery tour and beer tasting (1,5h) *Optional. Departure by bus from the hotel at 17:30

Evening is free for you to explore Tallinn nightlife!

DAY 2 – Arrival in Riga

DAY 5 - Tallinn - Helsinki

If you need to book a transfer flight, train, bus or ferry, from your arrival point, we recommend selecting only departures at least 4 hours after the estimated arrival time.

06:00 Arriving at Tallinn Harbour.

07:00-09:30 Ferry to Helsinki. Arrival at terminal and disembarkation. End of the trip.

Can I stay in the same room with my friend?

You will get the accommodation sign-up lists 10-14 days before the departure, and you will be able to choose your roommates. Passengers not signing up for accommodation by the suggested deadline will be allocated in vacant rooms.

Can I stay alone in the room?

Yes, single rooms supplement cost is 200 Eur (3 nights) and can be arranged on prior request.

When should I be at the terminal?

We meet at the Terminals at least 1-1,5h before the departure, the gate closes 30min before departure.

Do I need ID/Passport to carry with me?

We are going to cross 3 international borders, thus having your passport or ID card with you is a MUST (Note that for non-EU citizens, both residence permit and passport are required)

Do hotels have free WI-FI?

YES! Hotels are modern and offer decent facilities, including free WI-FI, and sockets with European standards 220V.

Can I be in the same room with my friend?

Accommodation lists will be done 7 days before departure. Passengers not signing up for accommodation by the suggested deadline, will be allocated in vacant rooms.

Is there a luggage size limit?

What happens if I am found intoxicated during the journey or activities?

During the trip the participants are required to be physically and mentally fit.

There is zero tolerance for abusive behaviour. A person suspected of being intoxicated has to be reported to Timetravels guide and contact person.

People suspected of being intoxicated are denied boarding he bus without the right to a refund. If the case occurs during the trip, their travel may be aborted for safety reasons, and any unused part of the tour package won’t be compensated.
